Low Impact No Jumping Workout

This workout has a mixture of standing and sitting exercises that was created by Eryn, a member of our staff. The exercises and adaptations were made with the thought of a family member in mind who had surgery on both knees. She wanted to create an easy workout to get your heart rate going, but also be gentle enough in order to make sure no further injuries would occur. For those of you exercising at home this may add some variety.
